This is a five day transformative retreat which includes 12 hours Anatomy of Emotion workshop with Mark, yoga everyday, Qi Gong, private healing reiki sessions, crystal bowl concerts, organic gourmet cuisine everyday (all meals are included except two free dinner nights to explore in Queenstown), one group dinner in Queenstown, lunch atop a mountain peak restaurant with gorgeous views, plenty of open time to rest and explore and much much more.  All levels welcome.
