One of the first things I usually say to my clients is…I cannot help you, heal you or fix you! That’s your job. What I can do is accompany you to a place in yourself where you can help, heal and “fix” yourself.

This is not a spa massage. This is a deep deep introspective expedition into YOU! Your body. Your emotions. Your past. The epigenetic trauma you inherited from both your parents. Your childhood experience: good, bad and ugly. Feelings buried alive never die. Your healing doesn’t have to hurt as long as you feel your pain. This is the Beyond part of the session. Before we get to the Bodywork part of the session we need to get context. The more information I have about you and your process the more informed the Bodywork is.

When you come in for your session we will get the historical narrative of your life. What you already know and then discover what is underneath the floorboards. This work is about sculpting awareness through the body. Integrating the aspects of yourself that have been exiled and rouge for decades, if not lifetimes.
